The Governors Holiday Club
October 11th, 2008Dear Parent/Guardian,
We intend to run a Holiday Club in the Cedar Rooms during the coming Easter Holidays (18th April – 21st April and 26th April – 29th April). We initially plan to have 16 places available. We can increase this if needed, but we do need your cooperation by advising us ahead of these dates if you need a place for your child.
The Club will be open from 8am to 5.30pm each day, snacks will be provided mid morning and mid afternoon.
Our charges will be as follows:
Full day £19 (sibling discount 1 child £1, 2 children £2)
Half day 8.30am-12.30pm £11 (no sibling discount)
1pm-5.30pm £11 (no sibling discount)
If you would like your child to attend, please book and pay in advance with Mrs Hogben at the Teatime Club only, from Friday 3 October onwards.
In addition there will be a Holiday Club running on the Inset Training Days which will be 15th April and 3rd May. Please book early in order to secure places.
