The AGM will take place at 6.30pm, followed by the HSA meeting at 7pm.

At this meeting we will be discussing the events for the remainder of the year and suggestions on how the money we raise for 2009/2010 will be spent – it is really important that everyone has an input - have your say on what we do to raise funds and how we spend them.

If you can’t attend the meeting, please email Elaine with your suggestions and you will be copied in on all minutes. Elaine – isonfamily@btinternet.com.

As always, please look at the school website for up to date information. www.allsaintsgresford.co.uk/HSA

Each year the HSA raises on average £10,000 from events that it holds throughout the year.

With this money we purchase much needed equipment and other resources for use in school by the children, together with other projects such as part funding of school trips, playground equipment etc.,

Without the help of parents/grandparents and other extended family it would be impossible for us to do this. So please think about how you could help us raise these funds.

· Be on the committee

· Just come to a meeting and share your thoughts

· Email any suggestions to me – see below…

· Volunteer to help at an event (admission, raffle tickets, refreshments) they may not seem like much help but I can assure you it goes a long way to helping us. Even if you just commit to one event during the whole year then this is a huge bonus for us.

We have a number of varied events coming up for the year, please let us know if you have any more ideas – and as always your support at these events is sought – bring your family and friends and neighbours with you – once you’ve been to one you’ll be waiting for the next event to come along.

My email address is always advertised – if you would like to receive minutes of the meetings, just email me and I will add you to our contact list – as always anything received is treated as strictly private and confidential and is not circulated.
